Drug-Induced Tremor

Many drugs may either cause tremor or exacerbate physiologic tremor:
Common drugs that increase adrenergic activity include beta-adrenergic agonists such as terbutaline, isoproterenol, epinephrine, amphetamines, selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors  and tricyclic antidepressants, levodopa, nicotine, and xanthines such as theophylline and caffeine.

Drug-induced tremor should be a diagnosis of exclusion
